We should start making Clock Man fan art.

I'd rather wait until we actually find him before doing that. If fan art starts getting made, fan stories could also start, and people will start to stop thinking this is real and it will just turn into a lesser-known version of Candle Cove.

You have all been played fools for a well played troll.

You mean hoax...

Besides it seems that a couple of other people have seen it, and it is not exactly far fetched. Kids cartoons can get prety freaky, like that episode of courage the cowardly dog with the 'return the slab' guy.

I've updated the OP with the newest information regarding the search.

I will repeatedly say that this is NOT a troll, hoax...it is very real.

The second this short is found and posted on the internet I am going to cry. 8 days ago I asked a group of people for help, it's turned into something way bigger than I could have imagined. Many have lent help in varying degrees - but many more think this is some kind of joke and have been saying less than nice things. It's the internet though, so that's ok. It just ups the tension level of the search for me.
In this day and age of instant information and gradification, I hope that when this is over some of the younger people that have been a part of this realize that not everything in the world happens in the blink of an eye. That through coordination, sweat and unwillingness to give up becasue "it's too hard" people can see that things can still get done the old fashioned way.

To everyone that has even spent 1 minute searching - Thank you. The people involved at this point are heavily involved in film/TV history. This short is still out there, even if it's not on the internet...yet.

Courage used to always freak me out. I would watch that show for some reason and be scared in like every episode.

We should know better, because we are better.

I am astounded by how far this has come. Good luck on your hunt.

Oh man. I saw that episode of Courage as a little kid. Scared the -blam!- outta me.

I wonder if I searched for it in like 10 years if it would make a hot topic on a forum...

Something tells me this is going to sprout into some huge macro-meme for some reason.

This is one hell of a research challenge.

Upload your images to Tinypic if you want him (and us) to take a look at them. There's no reason the images have to be exclusive.

This. I remember watching that show all the time, years ago.

It gave me nightmares but I watched it anyway...

Although the weirdest show I ever had a nightmare about - Toad Patrol. Don't know why I had a nightmare about it but I did. It was a disturbing nightmare to.

Lol, an inb4 on the forty-fifth page!

It's strange that the box set doesn't have anything. Are you sure the short was even on Pinwheel and not something else?

Watch this

Is anyone else concerned with how difficult finding this cartoon is? I mean if so many remember watching it, then it can not be so rare, yet it has vanished. It is almost as if though someone, or something is doing whatever it can to keep it hidden from mortal eyes from ever viewing it again.

On a related note, ******'s mom has really nice boobs, and it doesn't take much booze or encouragement to get her to let the puppies out of the pen...if you know what I mean...
