I was playing a game of FFA were a party of four quit and left 3 players. I was winning by about 7 with 22 kills. I look at my stats and it says everyone apart from the people in the party DNF.

I finished the game and won so I don't understand what exactly happened, ruined my win streak though. Can anyone make sense of it?

You want a sandwich? Sure. As long as you don't mind me putting poison in it.

Yeah. I use the AR, so what? All you can do is scream and rage about me using the weapon.

Something smimilar has happened to me.
Pinnicle, 1 vs 4. Then it became 1 vs 2 after another 2 quit. I won the game but it says the person who quit before the game started had won. It didn't even register the map, it said it was on a map I've never been on before.

If the game lags and the match is split into two separate matches, the servers will only track the hosts game.
Similar nonsense.

Happens a lot in Firefight, not so frequent in MM.

Best of random chance

Hate to be an ass and nitpick, but more infrequent rather than less frequent?

Happens all the time, especially in Firefight. I was hit with a 10 min quit ban after this game, 30 mins after I completed the FF Limited time limit myself.

And whatever this kid did on his end by himself, didn't even count.

The game you played may have "split". Meaning one game turned into two, I don't know how it happens, but even though you one your game, the other players may have also played on, and sadly you pulled the short straw and your game didn't actually count.

That has happened to me a few times. But that's my only idea?

What you're referring to became extremely rampant in H2 MM as people who often just stand by'ed learned that they could simply get host and then kick most of the other team out. I believe it was referred to as bridging. I wouldnt be surprised if some people still did it on purpose but not near as often now in my experience...

man.. H2... great fun in MM... but definitely broken when you consider how easy it was to mod, standby, bridge, etc....

Well at least I know what actually happened now. I don't care too much but feel a bit cheated. I know it's a bit stupid but I actually care if I win or lose. I'm just butthurt.

Boltshot = mini shotgun

That happened to me before. I think it was in Anniversary Classic, and clearly I won the game, but it showed up as a DNF and not a single person got a kill.
It was possibly this game
