I would just like to ask, if anybody has even taken into consideration that perhaps it isn't Master Chief in the trailer? I don't know if anyone else read the IGN article saying that Master Chief is only ONE of TWO spartans left. Furthermore, isn't Master Chief still on the Capitol ship that he rode in on? I know this may be way out there but it's still food for thought and I wouldn't put it passed Bungie to pull a quick one like that. Even moreover, I would also like to point out that I haven't seen where Bungie officially reffered to the spartan as THE Master Chief, the origional, I've only read them reffering to the Spartan as the Chief. So food for though everybody.

BTW here is the link to the IGN article http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/707/707241p1.html

Oh yeah and one more thing, in case anybody didn't quite know, I would easily assume that the ginormous structure is the arc, I mean the arc is reffered to in Halo 2 as the remote detination device used to detinate all the Halo that are out there at one I believe. The Oracle in the end of the game states this. So yeah, I'm 100% sure that the ginormous structure is the Arch that the Oracle was talking about at the end up Halo 2.

Yes this has been debated.

And the theory was shut down by Frankie O'Connor himself.

in both other halo games nothing was put into it from the book, so why should they do it for halo 3, and also, its 1/3 through the game, he would have time to make it off the ship by then
