Why isn't there stats for squad DLC on bungie.net? I know 343 has taken over, but they still put all the anniversarry playlists up and the TU playlists up even though bungie had nothing to do with that.

Will bungie ever put squad DLC stats on this website? Like win%, K/D, weapon kills, medals.. etc. I got a 100% win percentage on it right now and would like to show it off.

Well does anyone think 343 will put it up on bungie.net?

  • 01.14.2012 4:09 PM PDT

343 isn't Bungie.

  • 01.14.2012 4:10 PM PDT

343 isn't bungie.. Wow, I know that! You guys are completely unhelpful. Tell me more things I already knew.

I just want to know whether or not they will put the freaking playlist on this website..

Okay, if 343 isn't Bungie, why would the stats be on BUNGIE'S website?

So basically... Waypoint is pro-vanilla?

Waypoint isn't pro-anything so much as they're just anti-intelligence.

Go to 343's stat pages. It will have a stat page there.

To be honest, when I first saw all this in the weekly update I thought 2 things.
#1- there is an actual legendary ending but,
#2- No matter what anyone does,(kill all the bobs, hit all switches etc) that until the "time" mentioned in "There'll be another time..." is reached there won't be a legendary ending.

The weekly update by bungie has slowed my hardcore search for what unlocks the legendary ending.

Thank you Republic Commando! If you say something about 343, why don't people go there instead! 343/Waypoint has all the stats there, while bungie has the renders

It does?? Send me a link to it. Prove it.

Bungie puts stuff on Bungie.net, not 343.

Since Bungie doesn't do anything for Halo now, then I doubt they will put the stats for the playlist here.

Then why is anniversarry/Tu on this website???

Bungie had NOTHING to do with those playlists, and they put it up on this website.

In fact, bungie had nothing to do with defiant map pack.. And it's on this website!!! You guys aren't making any sense.

Also, I just checked on halo.xbox.com and every single playlist ever (including firefight limited) shows stats, but DLC squad doesn't.. wow.. wtf? They are acting like it doesn't exist.

343 dun goofed again, probably.

Look at how many games you have played in all of the playlists. Go play a game in that list. Come back and see what list the game shows up under. That is where the DLC Squad stats are heading as of right now.

They aren't going anywhere! I tried premium battle, squad slayer, nope... Anything else wouldn't make any since at all. On bungie.net it just says "unkown playlist", but it doesn't actually show up under your stats.

At the moment any games show up as being in the playlist titled "Unknown (145)". This is the same as whenever a new playlist enters the game, regardless of Bungie having nothing to do with Halo, they still make allowances for new playlists in order to provide accurate Reach stats, as they still do. They've done it for TU Beta and Anniversary playlists, I'm sure Squad DLC stat-tracking will show up soon, might be a while though.

Yeah, if I mess with the URL under weapon/medal stats and put "145" at the end, I can actually see my stats for Squad DLC. However, it's been 5 days now since this playlist has been out, and they still haven't put it up. That is a lot longer then it has ever taken.

I posted this question in the Community forum when the TU Beta playlist came out, and Achronos said that Bungie is no longer responsible for adding coding for stats on Halo anymore, which is why you see the unknown error in your gametype history. He also said bnet waits for 343 to properly code the gametype and they then add the stats accordingly.

Whether that will be the case in this instance, I don't know. It's quite past the transition period to 343. In my opinion, Bungie was much more on top of stats than 343 is, and i think Bungie did a much better job with them overall. I don't even think you have a Squad DLC playlist stat option on Waypoint yet.

Appreciate I am starting to get good and helpful responses like this one.

Also I agree bungie did a much better job with the stats, and yes it is not on waypoint yet. I checked 3 times.

I just hope they get it up soon, or eventually. I would like to show off my stats on that playlist when someone looks me up and scrolls down to the bottom.
