I'm dying to see your sources and names of those ex-Bungie employees your talking about. For my knowledge are only 3, but I welcome to show me your info.
You are correct there are only approx. 3-5 Bungie employees. Frankie confirmed that in an interview not long ago.
Although the staff list at 343i is seriously impress, like cherry picking the best of the best from the games, audio and movie making industries.

Known Employees
343 Industries has been building its staff internally since 2007, and now eclipses over 200 team members. The studio has many production members from within Microsoft's internal teams, along with representation from a variety of developers. 343 hired many of Pandemic's developers when the company was liquidated. In addition to this, a few members from Bungie have migrated over to the studio during the transition.
