Subject: Community, do you want more incentive to invest in a single account?

Racism isn't wrong if it's funny.

I would actually like more incentive than just the titles.

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

It would be nice to have more rewards than just getting a title, but I wouldn't want to restrict what others can do.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Of course everyone wants more free stuff.

But what I don't understand is why many forums don't have to offer incentives and do just find. Why people try to hijack Bnet and attempt to turn it into anything more than what it is is beyond me.

The only reason I'd ever make an alt is to change my username.

I'm a big supporter for all these rewards. Good, dedicated members should have the right to much exclusivity. That's how you get people to stick with one account.

Without me, it's just "Aweso".

Why does a forum need "Incentives"? The whole point of a forum is to be able to talk with others online.

It's like saying, "What, I don't get anything for talking to other people?!"

You shouldn't need an incentive to have discussions.

Simple all you get now is for all users either old or new.

Now if you invest in one account you can get some extra little ad ons. Example animated avatar. Or privileges on Bungie Beta Testers. Or more likely to be approached by Bungie.

The problem however is that there are always new members due to age who will be excluded and deserve the same things, and their behaviour should be noted for it. Some act better and do not break rules. Then to accomodate these people you will need to break Rank rules and give them higher ranks and earlier times due to their behaviour.

This is wrong as it goes against ranks. If there are to be any, they should be for rank, and for merit points.
