Hello, I'm Mr AwesomePizza. I like pizza and I'm a man. Reasoning for the name. I like to listen to the classics of music, write poetry, play video games, and much much more. I'm always down for a nice chat, so please hit me up for some conversation.

Funny, I just read an article on this exact topic.
You know what though, it's not just Bungie.net, it's the internet. This has been a growing phenomenon for a few years now. We live in a fast paced world. We want content and we want it now. We don't want to read all the mushy gushy inside material that no one will remember a week from now.
Would you rather watch the news and get stories on straight facts? Or maybe a little background of how a situation started? I think that's a personal choice and nothing is wrong with that. Whatever is chosen isn't right or wrong, but there is definitely a pattern in how people read posts online. Interesting article, I'll read it in the morning. The thing about writing which is different then the news is that it is used as pleasure, usually not always information. (Well for this site anyways)
So in my opinion, users should take time and read what would be for pleasure or discussion on a subject. The News is russhed so that we can get going on our busy lives as well, which is most likely not the case for you being on this site. No offence, but people are here to relax from working.
