Subject: There is a dent in my desk bc of this...

I'm done with reach after this game.

First two minutes we push the bomb in after getting them three down and they get a split spawn in their back shotty and their rocks. with a spawn like that they easily stopped the plant.

Five minutes later they push us and get the bomb into the base. Where do we spawn? their jump up... We still manage to stop the plant but the bomb is still in our base and where do we spawn again? Their jump up.

I'm sick of so many things going wrong in this game. The most recent thing being the "emergency spawns on symmetrical maps" like asylum.

Discuss how bad the spawning system is in this game.

We lost to some decent players because they had a superior set up. They blocked our rock spawn by having a player stay on our carbine. When we pushed sniper it took all four members of our team so we left their rocks completely open.

Their team just positioned themselves better. It's no big deal really. They weren't horrible. Not to mention Tsujen quit after the first arm. We didn't have a chance after that.

I agree though that they positioned better that game, even though we got one stop they still have control over our base and the spawns.

sitting on a teams carbine has never been enough to block a spawn on asylum or even sanctuary. On that note distance from somebody on respawn does not seem to matter if you aren't looking at the spawn. Take bottom snipe on uncaged for example. If you are looking up to top health from there they can and will spawn 3 feet behind you.

When we pushed into their hut early in the game one guy spawned about 10 feet behind me in their back shotty and got a nade on me before I even knew he was there.

And for the record, I'm not mad simply because we lost. They were a good team. I'm mad that we lost because of a crappy spawn system.

What I meant was, they had the player sniping on carbine and they killed a few of us in rocks when we spawned. They killed us at snipe during their initial push and then the sniper at our carbine killed me and Fishy again so we spawned at their pillars.

Us being there made it so that you guys spawned with us.

You just need to improve your positioning and move around a bit more. I saw you standing still waiting for players to come into view quite a lot. Waiting more than a few seconds when you could be moving to somewhere more beneficial is a no-no.

Also you need to react to callouts more/faster. Just practice a bit during less difficult games and you'll get better slowly.

Thanks, I'm always trying to improve my playstyle. I'm usually more active than that, I just didn't want to push too hard against their hold on ring.

I see what you mean now, but that still does not excuse the developers putting emergency spawns on a symmetrical map. There is no reason to ever spawn on the other team's side of the map.

I'm really starting to get annoyed at the stubbornness of both Bungie and 343. Why Asylum is still in matchmaking is completely beyond me. The map is utter garbage and there are at least 4 remakes out there that are better than it. Why it hasn't been replaced completely baffles me.

I mean seriously folks.

I dent a wooden desk with my fist. When you were as angry as I was it's not that hard. As for the spawning part, read my first reply to killer VVale about spawning at bottom snipe on uncaged and tell me that has never happened to you or someone in your game.
