No. The only way to know was to check how many there were according to the stat tracking sites right before you ranked up.

Inheritor #156 :p

Back when halocharts was around you could check after you got it to see how many their were, halotracker might have something like that but those sites aren't 100% accurate as we don't know if all Inheritors use them.

I was #156 according to halocharts back in July.
