Subject: Private Groups Cleanup

Online ID: GriffGraff15

I thought there was already a system that took the number of members and the amount of activity on the forums and groups that don't meet one of those criteria have 30 days to fix it or else they are deleted.

The Risk Is Worth The Reward.
Cry Havoc And Let Slip The Dogs Of War.

Yea you would piss off a lot of ppl if you killed the group after 31 days. I agree after a year if it hasn't had anything going then get rid of it..but not after a month.

After a year of inactivity, I say. Some people take groups very seriously...

A 2-3 month period and you got yourself a deal.

Yax is a shining beacon in these dark times. You should all strive to be more like Yax.

A month is a bit steep though, particularly during dark periods like this. Maybe a 6 month threshold would make this a bit easier to swallow.
1 year at the very least, I think.

I want to get rid of useless search results that waste my time because when I finally end up joining something I might like, I see rows upon rows of dead forum threads with no activity.
Then ask for a search filter that ranks active groups first (using a metric such as the activity meter that once existed for private groups).
