Subject: Have you tried Xbox.com?

I'm pretty sure that at one point in time cOLD and mOLD were a bannable offense. As it is essentially spam. And saying that you should go to a shock sight is almost like linking one, just without the link.

So yeah, you should report both. Or send a message to a mod and they'll look into it.

You can report anything you like, although if you're just spamming reports you'll probably get in trouble.

Yeah, all of those things are technically spam, as are all off-topic posts, technically. It's hardly worth bothering with, though.

I've seen a moderator post saying that OLD jokes are bannable, however, in the end it's probably over the moderators own discretion.

Does this actually happen? I've heard of someone getting a warning for 'reporting too much', but I think that was just something someone made up...?

This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.

The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

So many party poopers in this thread...

I'd also like to note that I report people who post "what are we supposed to be discussing here?" because it's spam, as you can clearly see from this definition:

It is essentially mindless fun, no harm in it. And I don't regard it fully as spam personally. Spam to me is a single individual posting repeatedly in such a way. In this case, it's multiple users which is in fact just the same as quoting "chains" if that makes sense.
That's spam.

Why are you reading my signature? Who actually opens these things and reads them!

And as always, SEND ME A PM. Please. Or really bad things will happen to you.

If you report a lot of random posts you will get warned, but if they are legitimate reports there won't be any repercussions.
