Am I banging a dog in a ditch or am I Paki Rambo???
I realise it's different on each country/state etc so post about your own aswell as discuss others.
I was just looking at the paper and saw this story.

I personally think this is outrageous, the injuries suffered by the victim could have been much worse and yet they virtually get away with it?
I've seen countless things like this, murderers getting as little as 6 years simply because they admit to being guilty, does that really change the crime? If a man is killed, he is dead regardless of whether the killer has the guts to admit it or not, the punishment should be severe...a 6 year sentence is an insult to someones life is it not?
Sure criminals have a record etc so one could argue that they may get short sentences but they have to live their lives with a record stopping them from getting jobs etc but at least they have their lives, unlike the victims who are usually either dead or traumatized in some way.
What's your opinion on the Justice system in your area? I think the system here in Britain needs to be changed, I don't agree that a criminal should be given an easier punishment simply because he/she admits to being guilty.
Do you think Capital Punishment should be brought back in your area if it's gone? I do, I think it should always be there for when it's needed.
Sorry for any spelling mistakes, my dinner just arrived, if there's any ima fix them in a bit.
Oops, thought I was on the flood >_> re-posting.
