heres all of my ideas for the entire game (most of my suggestions are for multiplayer, halo's main usage):
*please note that whenever i refer to anything about killing something or something's shields, assume im talking about normal shields (100%), with no dmg resistance or vulnerabilities.

WEAPONS-

HUMAN-
ASSAULT/BATTLE RIFLE-the look in the H3 trailer is really cool. its like a H1 assault rifle with the H2 battle rifle muzzle. it should fire inaccurately (not too bad tho) and be semi-automatic. when you scope in, it should be accurate, 1 shot bursts that you must fire individually (like the br in the H2 trailer)
PISTOL-the pistol in H3 should fire faster than the H1 pistol, but slower than the H2 pistol. it should be a little bit more powerful than the H2 pistol. also there should be no scope. it also needs to sound deeper, and keep so you can dual wield them
SMG-this gun really needs to sound deeper. i dont want another popcorn maker in H3. should fire inaccurately at long ranges, and hold more total ammo
SNIPER RIFLE-put back night vision for dark levels. it really sucks when your on a dark tv and sniping on backwash
ROCKET LAUNCHER-keep the tracking. it should kill warthogs, ghosts, banshees, and spectres in 1 hit, and it should kill scorpions, wraiths, and shadows in 2 hits (or 3 from the back)
SHOTGUN-should have far greater range than in H2, but less than H1, and should be as powerful as H1 shotgun. make it worth its weight of taking up 1 of my weapon slots
FRAGMENTATION GRENADE-less throwing range than H1, but WAY longer range than H2. should take out all shields (not kill) if it explodes close enough (like 3-4 feet)

COVENANT-
PLASMA PISTOL-charging rate in H3 could be a little bit faster. individual shots could do more dmg than H2
PLASMA RIFLE-its fine. nothing wrong with it
BRUTE PLASMA RIFLE-take it out completely. it overheats too fast, and i think its a rip off just changing the color. if youre gunna make a new gun, make a new gun
NEEDLER-needs a higher rate of velocity for the needles, and needs to track just a little better. make its worth picking up and people say "I CALL NEEDLER!"
CARBINE-regular firing should be semi-automatic. when scoped in, fires powerful 1 shots. should carry more ammo per clip as well as max ammo
BEAM RIFLE-add heat or infrared vision
BRUTE SHOT-should kill people in 2 direct hits, or 4 bounced hits. it should also actually bounce off walls, like its supposed to. most the time in H2, it explodes on walls even at an extreme angle. 4 shots per clip is good, but could be 5
ENERGY SWORD-1 lunge should kill someone, or 2 regular slashes. lunging distance is fine in H2
FUEL ROD GUN-add it in multiplayer!!! should be almost exactly like the one in H2 campaign, how it tracks slightly with no tracking device (like the needler). should also track enemy infantry (but very slightly)
PLASMA GRENADE-again, needs a far greater throwing distance than H2. also it should explode a little faster than H2 (like .2 seconds), and it should not bounce of an enemy's gun. i hate it when i stick someone dead on and it bounces off the muzzle of their br. should kill you if your on top of it or 1-2 feet from it

VEHICLES-

HUMAN-
WARTHOG-DRIVER-the warthog should drive as fast as the H2 warthog and have the handling and turning stuff like the H1 warthog, more dmg resistance (not much)---PASSENGER-1st person view (to make it way easier to aim and shoot people, also so you can snipe and lock on with rockets)---GUNNER-1st person view, to shoot easier
SCORPION-DRIVER-the main cannon needs to sound like it did in H1. massive, deep sounds and it shakes your whole screen even when you just fire it. the one in H2 is too toned down-like its not even a tank. the H1 scorpion was perfect with its 3rd person view (it'd be kinda hard leading someone with your cannon in 1st person, couldnt really see over hills much), sounds, speed, turning, but the only thing was it didnt blow up. it should blow up kinda like it did in H2, but louder, because after all its 200 tons of solid alloy exploding in a massive inferno of scorching catastrophe (catches breath) phew---PASSENGERS-oh, you should also be able to hitch a ride on the side panels over the treads, like in H1. i was disappointed in H2. should be in 1st person, to snipe and stuff like that
PELICAN-DRIVER-3rd person. counter part to the banshee. not a fighting vehicle, but a flying transport. dont make it a full size pelican like in campaign, but a mini version. shows the hull of the ship as well as your shields (but the shields dont really matter, if the hull goes to 0, then the pelican blows up and everyone inside dies)---PASSENGERS-holds three, maybe two passengers (since its flying and fast and is a miniature version after all) and are in 1st person view, like in H1 on the mission "Halo" where youre on it alot. the pelican should also be used only for battles with 14-16 people-other wise a flying transport is over powered
STATIONARY CHAIN GUN-it needs to be a little more accurate and do some more dmg. for a chain gun, its pretty weak

COVENANT-
GHOST-same as H2 ghost, 3rd person, boosting is good
BANSHEE-keep it the way it is in H2, dont add the fuel rod at all, campaign or multiplayer, because then it is just plain out overpowered
WRAITH-main plasma artillery is fine, yet there is still no plasma autocannons that we can use. they should be put in, like press t
SPECTRE-DRIVER-keep it as it is in H2 with the 3rd person---PASSENGER-make it 1st person---GUNNER-its pretty good in H2, but it could have slower rate of fire, but more powerful bullets. actually, just make each round do just that much more dmg, so it balances with the shadow. make the gunner 1st person view
SHADOW-DRIVER-put it in matchmaking!!! just as fast as it is in H2, 3rd person---PASSENGER-carries 2 or 3 people in the hold, 1st person (seeing the inside)---GUNNER-very weak gun, so the spectre still has some use. the shadow is used as more as a transport, and the spectre used as more of an assault vehicle

*continuation of the last post (ran out of characters for 1 post, so i split it in half)
CHARACTERS-

BRUTE-make brutes a playable character!! that would make some REALLY awesome gametypes, like "Kill the Ape" (kinda like juggernaut) and "Keep Away" where you have to keep his hammer from him or something. they should start with warhammers (like tartarus'), which gives them some shields, that kill people in two melee's. they should also have some special power that you activate by pressing or holding a button when the warhammer is out (like extra shields, a bolt of plasma, or the ability to move small objects or enemy people, kind of like telekinesis), or maybe a magnetic force pull like tartarus'. they could also go berserk, in which case they drop all their weapons and lose their shields, but gain speed and strength. 1 melee in berserk is a kill
FLOOD MARINE-pretty much just how they are in H2
FLOOD ELITE-they are ok in H2...sorry for the lack of ideas for the flood. you guys can come up with some
MARINES-im not saying that we should be able to play as a marine in multiplayer, but add something so you could perform basic commands so they arent so freaking retarded and run into grenades in the campaign (which is funny, yes, but then you lose a guy)
MUSIC-the music in the H3 trailer is a little off. the piano drowns out the rest of the music. too much. try making the same song, just tone down the volume of the piano. and dont rip off the H2 music, rip off the H1 music
SOUNDS-most of the guns need to sound cooler (deeper). H2's weapons crackle too much like the static of a tv. there could also be more random noises throughout the levels to freak you out and make you think someones behind you, watching you. also keep getting good, deep-voiced actors for the elites. they need to sound cool. tell the guy who plays master chief not to die. thanks

OVERALL-

ENVIRONMENT-good job on H2, keep it up with that style of lush greenerys to volcanic wastelands. also, make it so you can react with your environment for often and in cooler ways. the best example of that in H2 is the stalactites in Waterworks, which isnt really all that useful
1st/3rd PERSON VIEWS-most gunners in turrets or passengers in vehicles should be in 1st person. most vehicle drivers should be in 3rd person. try to make most views 1st person, after all halo is a fps
CUSTOMIZATION-needs more colors, emblems, and backgrounds. just make an insignia creator for us. but, then people would just use it to be vulgar/rude and wouldnt work out. so just make so many things we wouldnt and shouldnt want to make our own. there are so many things i could think of. create some type of sizing editor also (for instance, chaning the ninja head bigger or smaller, moving it in different directions, and changing the circle in the backround different sizes and moving it also). make it completely customizable. also, have a RANDOM ALL button so it mixes every available option. also put a RANDOMIZE or RANDOMIZE THIS button next to the coresponding value
MELEE'S-most weapons should kill an enemy soldier in three hits. the only time something kills you in two hits is if its a brute shot, sniper/beam, rocket, fuel rod, maybe shotgun. ive already talked about the sword
SPLATTERING-depending on how much lag you have, you can either splatter someone just by going 5 mph or by going peddle to the metal and just barely take half of someones shields out. make it constant, if you can. so vehicles do the same amount of dmg when you go a certain speed in that particular vehicle. bigger/heavier vehicles should do more dmg
CHEATERS-i dont want to see or hear of ANY cheating on H3, or any 360 game, ever. if someone does get caught cheating, bungie should remotely fry their 360 or send a virus to it via xbox live lol
HOST-i dont know why, but being the host of the game REALLY makes a big difference in who wins. if you are the host, you get no lag whatsoever, and everyone else is running into walls. not cool. i really hope bungie can come up with some way so you dont have to have a host. make some servers or something
SHIELDS/HEALTH-i really dont know if you guys should put back health. it makes it fun for campaign, being more of a survival type situation, but its a real nuisance in multiplayer. since halo is mostly used for multiplayer, i guess i have to say keep it out and have only shields (but there is still some essence of health in H2 also--keep it like that)
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAMPAIGN/MULTIPLAYER-if you have something in campaign, PUT IT IN MULTIPLAYER!! if you have something in multiplayer, PUT IT IN CAMPAIGN!! i dont want to play two completely separate games in the same disc. there were to many things in the campaign of H2 that we didnt get in multiplayer
RELEASE DATE-take as long as you need to come out with the best game in the world. DO NOT release it, just to release it early and get some early sales. we need a good game with nothing wrong in it. i dont want to see any bugs, glitches, or the like. make it flawless. no pressure :-)

GOODBYE-i hope the bungie team found most of my ideas in depth and worth their while. and if anyone replies, dont make any sarcastic comments like insulting me for spelling a word wrong or whatever. give everyone ideas. thanks for reading
