greetings

i've played solo for far too long and am looking for anyone to play with.

please note: i suck. but i'm not a whiny kid. i'm old. i promise i'll plug in my mic & even cooperate with the group & even try to employ tactics.

i've been anti-social for far too long and Reach is loosing its appeal for me solo.

i look forward to receiving your friendly invite.
note: i'm only on after work in the evenings & weekends.

my GT = inner ted

cheers!

IDK how anyone plays Reach alone. It's just frustrating.

Playing solo > Playing with people.

Only if you're socially awkward.

spiral out

Imo, playing alone > playing in a party with Bnet randoms. But still, playing with a party of friends that I actually know is the most enjoyable Reach experience.

i can appreciate that - and i know that getting teamed up with screaming kids is not what i'm after.

but - none of my friends IRL play Reach, hell most don't play games at all. so trying to find a few folks that want to just "play how it's supposed to be played" (i.e. chatting and coordinating) is what i'm really hoping for.

I actually prefer to play alone. I have everyone auto muted and just go in and play the game for fun. I really don't care to talk to random people I don't know.

i was same way - but the fun started to go away & i truly feel as though i've done myself a dis service by being such a hermit.

i recall playing LAN parties when CE came out and that was some of the most fun of my life! i'd like to get some semblance of that again.

Please consider enlisting in the UNSC's Black Water Ops Program. Led by Recon and featured multiple time in Bungie's Community Spotlight. We have over 4000 members in just over 9 months and we are growing everyday. I hope to see at BWO!

I have to agree with Bullet Catcher, it's much nicer playing with someone who will communicate. It's frustrating when you have 4 guys running around by themselves not working together. Also sucks not knowing where people are because your teammates aren't talking.

I can understand that feelig you described, makes sense. I guess I don't feel the loneliness as you put it because I live steam my gameplay on twitch.tv. It feels like a LAN party almost when I have friends and followers of my stream watching me play. I guess if I didn't live stream I'd want to play with someone too.

hell, i even tried just following teammates around in an attempt to "coordinate"

didn't really work to well.

most communication with teammates i have is sending the obligatory "tea bag hello".

i remember back in the halo 2 days when playing alone was still awesome. No matter what game I play now its just not the same. Nobody talks, there is no motivation...just sucky
