Subject: Mandatory Literacy Test?

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

General IQ tests would do. What the cut-off would be, I have no idea.
Triple digits. The consequence is this will reduce the Flood population by about 90%.

So, win-win.

The ability to mete out flawless English onto the Internet doesn't not mean that a poster will won't do goodly. We'd be just as well served by asking our community to complete a math exam.

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

So let's just restrict access to the site for people, because that aren't such a great idea.

Not with a bang but a whimper.

I'd suggest differential equations.

The only such question that should be asked before allowing admittance should be:

Does .999 repeating = 1?

Noooo. It doesn't. I hate people who say it is... cause like, in theory it should be buuut it only is if you round. cause it will forever be 1 decimal place away from being one, no matter which decimal place it is.

My Best Bungie moment: finally beating all the Halo games on solo legendary.
My Worst Bungie moment: not seeing giant stuffie grunts in the Bungie store.

I think most people that post here are perfectly capable of proper grammar. They just choose not to use it.

Hello, I'm Mr AwesomePizza. I like pizza and I'm a man. Reasoning for the name. I like to listen to the classics of music, write poetry, play video games, and much much more. I'm always down for a nice chat, so please hit me up for some conversation.

No.
People who care about grammar that much just piss me off. You know what they meant, stop acting like a smartass.

Now selling HHDDVVDDBVDs. HD DVDs, but with better marketing.

No. I started on these forums with very little knowledge of proper grammar and care for spelling. Since then, however, I have improved considerably. I attribute it to the hours I used to spend on these forums and the increasing weight users put on well written posts.

Grammar is best learned through practice in writing and experience in reading. A person who does not do those two things on their own should be welcomed here anyways; this may become the place where that happens.

Loose talk is noose talk.

People learn eventually. You shouldn't close off an opportunity for them to do so.

smart, interesting, seems out of place.

Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

A basic test would be nice. Not like that however, maybe a dumbed down version.

Next you'll want me to piss in a cup and let Bobcast give me a physical for a drug test.
