Halo 4,5 or 6 is most likely set on Installation 7.

We know next to nothing about the Sequel.

Oni obtained information about Bornstellar/Didact from the Halo: 3 terminals and Possible the Halo: Ce terminals.

We don't know how oni found 343/chakas....

Also, the theory of The Timeless One being a transentient being can also be supported by the lines the Primordial Directs to The Didact, "It is your task to kill this servant, so another may be free'd", leading me to believe that The Timeless One can possess beings if you look at him in comparison to Harbinger, a Reaper, from the Mass Effect Series.

If any of this has been said before please give credit to the original poster, considering I've stayed away from the primordium threads till I finished the book.

It's impossible to guess where it will be set, it could be on Installation 07 just as much as it could be on a shield world. In any case, this probably belongs in the Waypoint forums.

And besides, from what I've heard, The Timeless One is... Well, I think Primordium might clear things up, not 100% sure, I haven't read it, but I think it reveals a few things.

I am thinking that we might get to see the greater ark in the new trilogy like we saw the lesser ark in the original games

Ignoring the fact that this thread doesn't belong here, are you referring to the shield world trevelyan that was held withing the planet that was onyx? If so, I agree that is a great possibility.

The interview/interrogation took place on the Infinity at Installation 03. Chakas was the monitor of that Halo, and all the Halos it seems. (He refers to other Halo monitors as "other mes") He took over Infinity and it is now his new "body".

My theory is that the TO is the Precursor's first attempt at the Flood, their plan to unite all and create unity and peace among the galaxy and their creations. It was made up of the last of the Precursor, hence why it refers to itself as the last Precursor.

I'm sure it won't be long before I develops a poor reputation for saying this over and over again but everything post Halo Reach is not Bungie Universe. However, there is a very nice forum appropriately titled "Halo Universe" over at the new source for any and all Halo information, Halo Waypoint.

HALO UNIVERSE DISCUSSION
As noted above, discussion of the canonical elements from the Halo series may be discussed in this forum.

Canon is the fictional story of a body of material that is considered to be genuine or official.

This doesn't mean that threads can be created to discuss how awesome a Halo: Legends episode was, or that you don't like the art direction, or if someone liked/disliked a Halo book, or the achievements in Halo Wars.

Any Halo-related discussion in this forum should be directly related to the CANON of the Halo series only.

It is okay to discuss Halo Wars, Halo: Legends, Halo: Waypoint, as long as the discussion pertains to the Halo Universe and its fictional elements. For general, non-fictional discussion (art opinions, likes/dislikes, etc.) as well as discussion covering non-Bungie games, use the Flood Forum.

---------------------------------------------------------------

My points were towards the Halo: Universe Canon, thus it being a legitimate post.

That is a well thought out loop hole of yours. However, that seems more like you're interpretation of the subjects to be discussed within the forums. I maintain my interpretation to be what I stated in my previous post. If you've got a quote or link from a bungie employee saying what you said though id love to say sorry for the misunderstanding. I don't think you're going to find that though. So Kudos on your attempt to put yourself In the right.

As of now, just as it was then, I deem this post Waypoint material

P.S. in regards to the op, I believe "It is your task to kill this servant, so another may be free'd" is in reference to the gravemind's ability to form again after it is killed. It does point out the flood forms trying to form masses together right after the gravemind is destroyed by Didact V2

...It is okay to discuss Halo Wars, Halo: Legends, Halo: Waypoint, as long as the discussion pertains to the Halo Universe and its fictional elements.
Halo Wars and Halo Waypoint were non-Bungie, even while Bungie still ran the Halo Universe, so I don't see why you take issue with book discussion. Hell, you say it belongs in Waypoint even when the rules say Waypoint related discussion is allowed here if it pertains to Halo cannon.

The rules state specifically that Halo cannon discussion is allowed, it says nothing about discussion of 'only Halo cannon created while Bungie was controlling said universe', or whatever your odd stance on it is. Unless you find a post from a moderator or employee stating otherwise, this thread is allowed specifically under the rules, and is not a loophole of anything.

The only thing I can think of is that you are taking Any Halo-related discussion in this forum should be directly related to the CANON of the Halo series only. as meaning game series only, and not the whole multi-media Halo series. But that would mean any discussion of books or videos wouldn't be allowed, no matter the time frame, which the allowance for Halo Legends in the rules disputes.

As for the topic, I don't know about possession in the way you mean, as I never played what you are referring to, but I thought it was a given that graveminds had something like that ability. Even beyond just physical or biological assimilation, one was able to access information from an AI and almost cause her/it to go rampant as it shared knowledge back, in attempt to gain more itself.
