You want a sandwich? Sure. As long as you don't mind me putting poison in it.

Yeah. I use the AR, so what? All you can do is scream and rage about me using the weapon.

For those of you who don;t have the faintest idea of what this thread is about, please go here as I cannot be arsed to explain.

Anyways, I like too play in a team so here is game 1 and game 2

Game 1 is a Team Slayer game and the reason why it's only around 3-4 minutes long is because the enemy team quit on us.

Game 2 is a TU Squad Slayer game. That was just a normal game, nothing really happened in that.

So there you are BNET. You asked for gameplay, I gave you gameplay. Now you can judge me as bad. I don't care.

  • 01.23.2012 11:25 AM PDT

If you don't care, you wouldn't have actually gotten some gameplay.

  • 01.23.2012 11:26 AM PDT

I'm impressed that you went thru with it.

You're a good sport.

True but the people who inhabit that Reach forum will class me as bad either way. So I figured it's better to be bad with footage than to be without footage.

Plus you buggers are rude and persistent so might as well feed fuel to the fire because it certainly isn't going to be extinguished.

Well happy watching and happy judging.

I have a gold bird perch so I'll leave it to the forums' Halo wizards to critique your gameplay.

Though I will probably comment later on since we both know I cannot resist your threads.

lol you just need to learn how to handle them.

Besides, you set yourself up by starting a thread about your KD.

I noticed you walked past the sword a couple times. You should probably pick it up even if you don't intend to use it just so the other team doesn't have it.

Lol, handle them. I like that.
That thread was just about what you guys and girls thought about it. No one knew it was going to turn into what it was now.

It probably wouldn't have made much difference. We had the RK Launcher and both Sniper Rifles.

  • 01.23.2012 11:43 AM PDT

Well, granted that the other teams were...stupid, you were relatively good. Just slow down a bit on the Needle Rifle, yeah?

Forget it man, and get with the countdown. Shake this square world and blast off for Kicksville.

Pushing for Sword on Affinity is an odd choice. Not picking it up at all is an even stranger one. I'd always push with teammates to secure rockets or sniper.

Pace the NR, jeez. Spamming is much less optimal than the DMR, and the first kill could have been quicker. Also strange that you bypassed a DMR yet picked one up from the enemy's body. Finally, if I'm going to nitpick, you shouldn't really have to stop moving to pick up weapons.

1:06: GRENADE LAUNCHER! It's a power weapon, end of story. Pick it up.

DMR was a little shaky at 2:15, but eh, mine's not so great.

Better players than I can talk about map setups, but if you're playing with randoms in TS, you might as well just bait them and cleanup kills.

Yeah, looking back now it would've been best too slow down the firing pace a little but when you're in the heat of battle you tend to forget about that sort of stuff.

Well ... I do anyways.

I meant on the Countdown game when you killed that downie with the sword.

It might end up mattering against decent opposition. Esp. on Countdown where the sword can run things.

You should try to stay with your team more as well.

I'm just searching for things to say since the competition in those games was a little lacking.

I'd really prefer to see you in a few MLG games.

I think you have proved to everyone you're a competent player though, at any rate.

As another note for game #1, you obviously picked up the sound cue for the jetpacker, which was good, but you were isolated from your team against a guy with a height advantage and mini-nukes to throw. Probably should have moved to the right to take cover; would have given you a better exit route and drained his jetpack.

Ooh right. Well, again, it probably wouldn't have made that much of a difference. Against another player/another team, maybe, but those guys didn't seem to know how to use the sword.
They'd probably decapitate their own team if they could.

As I said: I don't think of these things in game. Only after, when viewing the footage, do I think of them.
If I see someone I prefferably move in to engage them whether I die or not. It's not the smartest move to do but at least it leaves some satisfaction when a teammate of mine pops out of nowhere to finish the guy off.
