2/15/12: Francisco Porras, I'll miss you. Rest in Peace.

Unless it's smart trolling, like on this forum, where sometimes mythics will post something that is obviously trolling.

It's most certainly against the rules. Many people have been warned, blacklisted, or even permanently banned for such matters.

Do not let a troll go unreported.

Known by some, but not by all.
Soffish: Do not eat!
TWP Assistant Director.

I just ignore such people. It's has worked for me quite well over the years.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Nobody seems to know what trolling actually is anymore. If you troll correctly you should never face a ban.

It's still pretty lame no matter how it's done.
Remember when Primo made that thread with the fake PM by Achronos "harrassing" him? That was quality trolling. It was clever and people started to get mad. "Trolls" who insult people or blatantly incite controversial discussion are not trolls; they are nuisances.

Primo's thread was a joke. Was it trolling, technically, but its purpose was to be funny, not to get a rise out of tricking people.

Anyone who uses internet forums to work out their social frustration by forcibly manipulating others go to a special place in hell, reserved for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.

What's up with all the -blam!-ing negativity?
Stop it.

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

Yes, it's considered breaking the rules. It's harassment.
