Halo 1 & 2 for PC

It's really starting to get to me now, my PC is more than capable of running halo 2 vista, the game runs fine but jeez my pc sounds like its about to take off... games like MW3 /Crysis ect. They run no problem and don't make my PC sound like a cooling facility in a nuclear power plant.

Something is just not right with Halo 2 on my system, i don't get any frame rate loss or anything like that, its just seriously loud!

Is there anything i can do to help my situation?

I really want to play this game but at the same time I feel like its going to end up breaking my PC.

I'm not sure you can cool software with water.

You do realise he's cooling hardware with water not software related issues right?

Anyway... i took care of the issue by capping the FPS to 60.

And before anyone asks, No! I did not water cool my FPS.

-_-' Wow... Okay. The water cooling solution was to decrease the noise your PC makes due to over-load...

Sorry, I should have made it more clear, it was a specific problem with only Halo 2.

My mistake.

You don't have much knowledge with PC gaming...do you? If Halo 2 is making your PC loud it's due to the PC overheating. It doesn't matter if it's "just Halo 2", you need to find a way of cooling your PC.

Either that or one of your fans is loose. It's got nothing to do with the game "making" your PC loud.
