One question: if people don't read the stickies already, then why would they read your FAQ thread about the stickies and rules?

Exactly.

What I think is funny is that people came on to tell you that you can't make a thread because you aren't a forum moderator.

I know, man. That "reply" button at the bottom of the last post is only there to fill bandwidth. It only really works if you are a moderator.

Apparently, you need to read the grammar rant. It's somewhat of a shame that all of the Zanzibar threads were hidden. I am never incorrect.

I have and it might have been correct; however, I am not arguing that point, an article about forum grammar should not be in Zanzibar. I'm sorry, but there is no way to pardon that post, you should of knew better, especially with your moderator aspirations.

It simply was not pertaining to Halo 2 multiplayer and that is a fact, hence, it was locked.

And sorry again, but you were incorrect on the placement of that post, and the TSK acronym. which you thought meant Team Skirmish.

Please do not address individual users in the public forums.

Sorry, I tend to forget the rules when I see blatant hypocrisy...I will try to refrain in the future, and Mr Mod how else can I address an individual user?

Since you are never incorrect

Help people but dont be a jerk about it, or hypocritical, which some members choose to be.

2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Hypothetical situation.

I make a thread in the H3 forum saying the rules, showing many o the fake h3 photo's out there, showing where the stickies are. Some of the rules. Stuff like that. Basically a guide to make it easier for newer members in the H3 forum.

But I get boo'd of sorts and many people say I can't do it because I'm not a moderator.

So I'm starting to think that only a moderator is allowed by other normal members to help people out.

What do ou think? Are people going a little to crazy with the "You are not a moderator so don't help others" thing?

The same things happening to me by Sir That Guy... Just because we're not mods doesnt mean we cant inform people about the rules...
