But in all seriousness, I have to disagree with you. Spire is an amazing Big Team Battle map, but the invasion gametype truly makes this map incredible.

There's so much wrong with Spire Invasion.
Can you elaborate?
-banshee spawns too close to spartan spawns
-FRG camping the core room is unbalanced
-Elite spawns are wide open on that ledge, making it easy to bomb them with the stolen banshee or suppress them with the falcon (and no, jetpack + PP doesn't do anything against smart pilots)
-Elites don't have access to a quick route to the top of the spire, meaning they can't really defend the core unless they camp there immediately after phase 2, on its return, or when it's on the ground
-elite's only way to take out the falcon is the banshee and plasma launcher, both of which are easy to steal and avoid.
Phase 1 is fine if you know how to play. Spartans don't need DMRs cause that'd make spawn killing them easier
Most of those examples usually occur depending on the teammates you or the enemy have. While the Spartans may spawn close to the banshee, the elite spawns closer. You can prevent most of these things from occuring by suppressing your enemy.
And the falcon is quite easy to take out. Have an elite near the Spartan vehicle spawns to prevent Spartans from getting on their vehicles. Also, if an elite teammate happens to ride the banshee, they can harass the spartans by destroying all of their vehicles and prevent them from retrieving their power weapons.
Invasion is all about having a good team, suppressing your enemies from achieving their goal (whether it is the objective or something they want to get), and harassing them (distractions, kills, etc.).
