I just got halo yesterday and it will not download on to my computer. It gets to like 89% and then it say faild to extract files from cabenet6 there is not enough memeroy and I have 35059mb of memery and it needs like 1579mb give or take a few. what is happwning???

Hell yes it is a leagle, It workes on the computer i am on know I worked all day to get it....and it dose not work... Cabnents are the things that they store the contents of the game...and when I say download I mean install.

Make sure you have enough Hard Drive space to install Halo. Please don't call hard drive space memory, as it will only serve to confuse your helpers. ;) Also, when you take files from a CD and put them on your computer, it is not called "downloading," but installing. I hope others don't get confused if they try to help you. :)

Just pay attention to what Halo tells you when its installing. It will display the free space availible on your drive and how much Halo will take up. I think Halo takes up more than a Gig of space. You should be good to go so long as the free space outweighs what Halo will take up. I don't know if this screen is displayed during the Express install (as I've never done an express install), so you might select the other option to install Halo. Also, you could just right click on your C: drive and select properties. It will display how much free space you have.

I have 80 gigs of space, and it says that it dose not have enough MEMORY to extract these files.
