I was just playing halo the other day and i wondered if she died from the banshee or somethig else.
She died because she was shot down, and she lost control, crashing into the base. Like if you're flying a plane, lost a wing, then tumbled into the floor.
If she survived the crash then god help her with the fusion reactor situation...
shes dead, but who knows, maybe we can meet her on halo3, if she managed to survive as petetheelite said ;)
Sorry. I was actually implying that she'd be up -blam!- creek even if she did survive the crash. You know... Nuclear reactors bang bang kaboom pow wow boom? I liked Foe Hammer. Which is why in a way I liked how she kicked the bucket as it gave the end of the game that tragic feel mixed with the triumph of destroying Halo. Halo 2 never really had that. I'm looking forward to Halo 3's darker theme and feel. I hope they deliver with this one.

I liked foehammer, when she died, I was sad, then i was angry, i shot down the banshees so foehammer can get vengence on them in hell (or laugh at them in heaven?) and ignored the flood and killed everything which was a covenent. :( i want her back in halo 3, those pelican pilots in outskirts lack so much attitude.
Damn.... did you even have time to get to the longsword after destroying the Banshees?
He probably did it on easy.
Crash! I hated her. She could get real annoying sometimes.

Naw, i never do it on easy any more, I do it on normal, :(, mainly because last time i tryed heroic, my comp stuffed up, and legendarys way too hard.

I respect your opinion, I'm probably just going to disagree with it.
I agree. Halo had a kind of charm and involvement which wasn't as easily accessible in Halo 2. And yes, darkness in stories is ALWAYS a good thing. Well, almost always. Foe Hammer was damn cool. I liked the fact that in Halo 1 you were part of a close knit community so If one member bit the dust it was a loss you noticed.
Putting the "pro" in procrastination since birth.
Banshee shots.Crash. Bang. *death*. BOOOOM!!!. *vapourise*
