Step 4: LETZ ARBITER -blam!- EVERYONEZZ !!!!Agreed.
It's hard to stop him from killing enemies. On Sierra 117, Easy difficulty, try keeping all the dam enemies alive for this battle. You'll find that Arbiter keeps killing them. Also try doing the AA megabattle with Arbiter. He keeps killing them. Even on higher difficulties, he can kill enemies if you try to preserve them.
His performance accelerates if he has clones.
It's hard to keep him off his feet because he'll just teleport or get up again.

You can give marines power weapons too but if they die you could lose the weapon or it will have little ammo(Dont give them precision weapons ,they fail badly with those).Disagree. It depends on what kind of marine they are.
If they're in the passenger seat of a hog or vehicle, then it's ok to give them power weapons. Consider the troop transport hog pwnage on The Storm.
If they have no scripting, it's ok to give them power weapons because they'll use them at proper range if you push them.
But if they have scripting, they're better off with precision weapons (preferably Carbine because it has faster rof than BR).

Give Arbiter the Fuel Rod , and his aimbot ,and bottomless clip turns on. This works on Odst to but you dont have to betray your squadmate. This works with Halo 3 ,and Odst Marines best. -You can give him the needler and he'll track cloaked Brute Stalkers
-On the back seat of the Mongoose, he can use the beam rifle (and he can probably supercombine with the needler while riding the Mongoose)
-Give him a missile pod and he'll track enemies, but don't let him get too close to enemies on higher difficulties
-On Sierra 117, in the area with the sleeping Grunts, headshot all the Jackal carbiners (if on higher difficulty) then kill Arbiter, move away his carbine, he'll pick up his sword, cloak (scripted and permanent), and he'll attack all the Covies. He'll remain cloaked until you go down to help him so pick off the Grunts and Brutes from long range
-Against Hunters, if he takes out his sword, you better hope he closes the distance and they melee him against the wall. Then they'll be too focused on meleeing him to be of any harm. Shoot their backs with the spiker
-Arbiter is pretty useful against War Chieftains if he has the fuel rod gun. Observe. Normally, I would use the laser after dropping the Chieftain's shield. With Arby's distraction, I can just go up to the Chieftain and assassinate
-on Crow's Nest and Halo, you can intensify his bad-ass appearance by lowering his shields to make him hold his sword like a gun, after which you can unleash him on the Brutes in the barracks and the large waves of Flood
-on The Covenant, if you get 4 Arby's after the Truth's death cutscene, you can get them to fight the Flood for you. This is how many Flood you can get them to fight
-on The Covenant, at rally point bravo, if you destroy the hog at some point before the first lookout tower, a Pelican will arrive carrying a new one. It will have a machine gun turret. If you start at rally point alpha and bring Arbiter there in the scorpion, shoot the machine gun turret with the scorpion and give it to him. He'll be better than Jorge
-on The Ark, rally point bravo, Arby's not invincible. Give him the sword at some point before the cartographer cutscene, move him over the edge, kill him so that he falls down to the lower floor and activate the panel. Then go down and trigger the Chieftain, Brute Stalkers, and Jackals and he'll kill all of them most of the time. This works on Legendary

You can try it in Reach but the marines fail so badly it's funny. They'll probablly kill themselves or betray you.Agreed.

China called, they want their wall backOh that's nothing. Having spent 2 years working with Arbiter and H3 AI, I have a lot of info to offer.
People underestimate the H3 AI, calling the Reach AI superior, when that's a fallacy.
H3 AI are superior, although the Elites suck, the player is always adequately equipped for most Hunter encounters (sniper rifle available, tank beats everything, rocket launcher can be brought, fuel rod guns nearby), and Grunts aren't much of a hazard unless they throw grenades or kamikaze.
But that beats:
-damaging exploding methane tanks is too random
-damage sponge Hunters that have Tank Form traits is cheap
-Reach Elites just aren't fun to fight.
Fun is where it counts and I liked them better when they were easy to fry. More consistent and I felt like a super soldier. Spartan IIIs suck.
