They should start a new tradition with the games coming out sometime in the summer.

I believe that Bungie will announce their next game either on Bungie Day or at E3.

That, or they will decide to PM a random member from the community forum (preferably someone many people dislike or find annoying) and then PM him/her with all the details about their next game. The instructions would be simple: tell everyone.

They would then have a drink and watch the hilarity as people get up in arms over what appears to be a lame attempt for attention. They would reply to his/her posts with "No comment" to fuel the fire, and once it got too far, start an ARG. The ARG, because of many of it's similarities to the aforementioned users posts will also be written off as a hoax. Then, Bungie would think that this whole debacle was too funny and decide to forget about their game and keep going with these hoaxes. It would continue for about two years and then people would, after discussing every last thing possible (and then more) in the community forum, die of boredom.

At least that's what I think will happen. (tm)

EDIT: Made <random community member> more ambiguous.

"Holiday season" sales are typically higher, so big releases usually occur a little bit before that time period. Hence November/September release dates.

I feel like with this new halo being moved out there might be something coming this year a teaser maybe.

Although next year is more likely for game footage.

The solution is August 28, 2013.

First find the halfway point which is July 11, a year after would be July 11, 2013(we have our year now). Find twenty nine days before July 11 which would be June 12 and fifteen days after June 12 is June 27, and seven days before June 27 is June 20th. Now a month, five weeks and four days(three plus one is four) after June 20th is August 28 hence August 28, 2013 is the day Destiny will be released, according to this quote.

Ready are you? What know you of ready? For eight hundred years have I trained Jedi. My own council will I keep on who is to be trained. A Jedi must have the deepest commitment, the most serious mind. This one a long time have I watched. All his life has he looked away... to the future, to the horizon. Never his mind on where he was. Hmm? What he was doing. Hmph. Adventure. Heh. Excitement. Heh. A Jedi craves not these things. You are reckless.” -Yoda
