Subject: So... Why can't Ninjas post pictures?

I think all of us here at the Septagon know that Bungie Employees can post pictures to the forums. Sadly, when we all try to quote these pictures we get a nice [Image Removed] notice and have to settle with it. I understand why the everyday member can't post pictures, but why can't the Ninjas have this permission?

I mean I understand the "we are just members that enforce the rules" thing but, they have been selected for one reason or another to have this privilege. So, why can't the Forum Ninjas and Master Forum Ninjas have the right to post pictures as well?

I think it would add some nice hilarity to the forums and make seeing pictures more common, which I feel would be pretty cool. Thoughts? Agree? Disagree?

And the Shadow fell upon the Land, and the World was riven stone from stone. The oceans fled, and the mountains were swallowed up, and the nations were scattered to the eight corners of the World. The moon was blood, and the sun was as ashes. The seas boiled, and the living envied the dead. All was shattered, and all but memory lost, and one memory above all others, of him who brought the Shadow and the Breaking of the World. And him they named Dragon.

smart, interesting, seems out of place.

Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

Just because they're Ninjas doesn't mean they're trustworthy. An example would be Toast. It would be a nice feature for Master Forum Ninjas however, people like Duardo, Foman, and Recon are pretty trustworthy people (Qbix is an exception.) They'd probably be more responsible with it than the Employees. All Urk ever does with it is post that one annoying picture.

I came for Halo, but I heard the Tru7h, fought thru Carnage, and stayed for Bungie.

True Underdog would just go around posting pictures of wood in every thread. How is that beneficial to the community? =P

Other than posting memes and stuff, it wouldn't be useful.

Everything is interesting if you go into it deeply enough.

Yeah, but wood is a hard, fibrous tissue found in many trees. It has been used for hundreds of thousands of years for both fuel and as a construction material. It is an organic material, a natural composite of cellulose fibers (which are strong in tension) embedded in a matrix of lignin which resists compression.

People need to know that.

GGGGGGggggggggggggGGGG

From reading Recon's posts, it seems that he would rather be considered a regular member most of the time when posting to the forums.I don't know how the rest of them feel about it, but letting ninjas post pictures would just further highlight the fact that they're not your average user.

Maybe I will never be
All the things that I wanna be
But now is not the time to cry
Now's the time to find out why
I think you're the same as me
We see things they'll never see
You and I are gonna live forever

We’re flawed because we want so much more. We’re ruined because we get these things and wish for what we had.

Even Ninjas can't be trusted.

Most moderators on forums can not.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Prove it.

It would be funny if he had actually said that in some thread. I don't like it when people fabricate quotes.

I don't see why they can't. I guess they just want to leave it to the Bungie webteam to have this privileged.

Also can you imagine all the pics that will be posted, not just in terms of content but the amount. It would make thread loading REALLY laggy and the server would probably have to store it.

It sounds like an announce.
