i can't help it if i feel as if this is a bad idea,
several months back i created a company with just 3 of us, after 3 months we had created our first game, it was called "Project Titan" in its beta stages, once we had created it we sent let many people play it in our building and sent it to some people, the player count was about 40, at first we had great feedback but after 2 weeks the count of players went down fro 40 to 0 in a few hours. they said the game was good at first but got boring. it was met job to make the hard decision, abandon "Project Titan", every copy of the game was deleted or sent back and the home-made server disassembled, we are currently working on our next game and hope that it will be available at the end of this year - beginning of 2013, but we learned a valuable lesson, never take on projects that are way ahead of you.
i believe this is what microsoft are doing, taking on too large a project, bungie were so good that they could never be beat but microsoft think they are better and thats what will destroy it
