Not that I know of.

I think a moderator (Pezza) got hacked once and banned a load of people, but I don't think the site itself has ever been hacked.

Not talking about individual users, talking about the website itself.

no idea then...

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Exploits have been used on this site (that are now fixed). As for completely hacked, that would require an administrator account to do any real damage.

smart, interesting, seems out of place.

Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

Nope, but they gave Amazon a DDoS once. I was there.

Depends on what you classify as "Hacking".

The whole Logical Thinking thing apparently doesn't count.

OT: I don't think so.

The sound of iron shocks is stuck in my head, The thunder of the drums dictates
The rhythm of the falls, the number of dead's the rising of the horns, ahead
From the dawn of time to the end of days I will have to run, away
I want to feel the pain and the bitter taste of the blood on my lips, again

People have hacked the Halo Reach hotfiles and replaced the screenshots with pr0n.

In 2001, gaming changed forever. The time of Halo.

I think that was back in Halo 3. Those were some awkward times with my brother back then.

I am...whimsical today.

Some Urban Infrastructure AI construct managed to disrupt the site for a little while, but that was cleared up by Microsoft.

Something for which I've still not quite forgiven them for :/

That didn't have anything to do with the site. That was simply replacing the image file of a screenshot and rehash and resigning it.

No, i think its pretty secure, and besides, who would want to?

I'm still not convinced that the Achronos we see posting isn't just a robot who has locked Tom out of his account, and then into a crate.

Sure, he'll crack a joke every now and again but I assure you he's watching... waiting...

"It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me."

I only know of two things (not including "hacked" accounts as they don't count), and both weren't really "hacks."

The first thing I recall was getting to the homepage of bungie.net and seeing a white screen that simply said, "hello world" at the top. Apparently a file had gone missing or something, as running turtle quickly corrected it.

Another time, a user created a program that would refresh the webcams every second. He was subsequently IP and permanently banned, as the Bungie admins considered it to be some kind of attack. He was later unbanned.

I don't believe bungie.net has ever been truely hacked, and that is why Bungie is awesome.

Another thing I remember is that someone on the webteam had accidentally made it so that regular members could submit news to the front page (back when we still had the Comm Chatter) and a lot of people found out about it and posted news to the front page.

I actually remember that, was quite confusing on my end.

Also, Pezza's hacking caused quite a chaos.
