Subject: iPod Touch

There are many powers in the world, for good or for evil. Some are greater than I am. Against some I have not yet been measured. But my time is coming.

Does this work on iPod or just iPads? My daughter got an iPod Touch for Christmas and I'm considering putting this on there if it is available.

Relax. I'd rather not piss this thing off.

Crimson only works for Ipads, hopefully there will be a Ipod app here soon.

Wrong.

The app is also available for iPhone, so it should work on the iTouch.

"It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me."

It works on all iOS 4+ devices (basically any device that has the current software).

This got me confused. Thinking that said Only for Ipad . I should read more carefully.

So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.

It exists for the Itouch, but I think it costs money.

Well, it's technically only compatible with devices that support iOS 4.3 and up. iPhone 3G and second generation iTouch devices are capped at iOS 4.2.1 and won't run CSP.

It doesn't work on my 3G iPhone with iOS 4.2.1, which is the latest iOS that is available for it.

Kinda suprised that bungie doesnt know what platforms its own products run on ?!?
(or at least products it claims to publish)

Forum ninjas aren't Bungie employees. Apart from moderating the forums, they aren't involved in anything Bungie does.

Is it just me, or is it kinda odd that bungies own team (bungie being the publisher) has to come to the community to ask game support questions?

lol, considering this forum has broken the record for the most locked topics in a page

Yes, I AM just that awesome.

But as for "they aren't involved in anything Bungie does" ... so the people who elect what gets locked/banned/supported ARE BUNGIE ILLITERATE ?!?
Are you serious??
OPR got picked to be a moderator because he was an outstanding community member, not because he spent his nights staring into his computer screen memorizing everything related to Bungie.

If everyone that was Bungie literate became a Ninja, than Spartain Ken would be the Webmaster.

wow ... just wow.

Never would have expected this to be a common view of bungie and the people they appoint to be forum mods. Done the technical product forum mod role before, and we knew our stuff ('very product literate') because we loved the product and the role.

There was some chatter like this on the moai forums, but I had put that down to sour grapes. Obviously I was being a little too forgiving.
I'm really going off-topic here but I have to weigh in.

It is my understanding that forum moderators on Bungie.net are not in charge of customer support of any kind, their only job is to enforce the forum rules and help us, Bungie fans, to have a great time online.

What gets locked and who gets banned is completely unrelated to Bungie. As you already know, they are not Bungie employees, their actions and opinions do not represent Bungie in any way, shape or form. By the way Bungie.net is not a corporate website, it's a community website.

Forum moderators don't get paid for their time here and they are just Bungie fans with moderator tools. Because of their role online they don't have to know all-things-Bungie and be ready to answer technical questions about anything Bungie-related.
