Most of this is me borrowing it from what others have said.
Editing and removing content, merging discussions, no ability to appeal a ban.
Merging same subject threads together: This ruins the flow of a discussion and neglects to understand that threads, even when centred around the same topic, always develop differently.
Editing and deleting posts: There is no way of understanding why the post was inappropriate, it annoys absolutely everyone and the practice can easily be perceived as censorship, even if that is not the case.
Waypoint mods let their emotions get in the way and "abuse" their power that way. Look at any other forum, the mods don't let their emotions get in the way.
Their mods don't know how to do their job correctly, they lack the knowledge to do so.
They have no idea what "trolling" actually is, they can't spot an obvious flame bait thread from a legitimate thread. They need to go to school in internet 101.
They lack knowledge about Halo, essentially they're a part of the retard group over there.
They're so dang sensitive and over moderate. If you aren't all buddy buddy over there, d riding everyone and agreeing with everything, everyone says you get banned.
The "everyones a winner" attitude needs to go as well.
Wish I could find Vipers list about them.
