"Whatever exists, whatever in creation exists without my knowledge exists without my consent. These anonymous creatures may seem little or nothing in the world. Yet the smallest crumb can devour us. Any smallest thing beneath yon rock out of men's knowing. Only nature can enslave man and only when the existence of each last entity is routed out and made to stand naked before him will he be properly suzerain of the earth."
If you don't like something, it is simple to ignore it and move on. The problem is that when you have a crowd, an individual can do little to prevent some sort of discussion. On a public forum, as long as the discussion is allowed by the rules, a few people can do little to get rid of it. The best way to get rid of it in your case is to not reply, thus making sure one less person bumps it to the top. I'm not exactly sure how the idea of death in any way, shape, or form, or the discussion thereof, can make anyone feel uneasy. About 50% of all poetry deals with death in some form.
