RC Clone is the anti-thesis of a lurker.

The Rocket Launcher is an explosive ordinance weapon.

The Internet is an empowerment tool that's agnostic; it doesn't care about race, gender, or age.

No it's not.

The Rocket Launcher works by initiating a highly exothermic chemical reaction with large amounts of gaseous products, hence creating an area of extremely high pressure, the expansion of which imparts large amounts of energy to the nearby environment. Meaning yes, it is a pressure weapon, and no, it is not a precision weapon.

Agreed. All the changes are good and add variety. Do we really want another Halo 3? Just running around with one gun and no armor abilities? It's good that 343 wants to try something new. Do we really want the same thing for three more games?

Precision*

Sometimes, usually not.
