Aw, but since this didnt happen during halo 2... does it belong in the halo 2 forum? It happened even before halo 1. Where does it belong?

These events happen during the age of conflict i think.......but however, i wonder if the arbiter were purposely killed or accidentally killed

It is my understanding based on the limited information available that the Arbiters are usually only summoned in times of great need mostly because the missions they must take are practically suicidal in nature. So in a way, the Arbiters are expected to die fulfilling their mission, I don't think there was anything accidental about it, except of course when Tartarus tried to kill the current one, but thats not usually how its supposed to work.
