Subject: An idea to help private groups.

Yeah, I think that would be awesome.

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

I would rather have the return of the group spotlight. I don't remember where it was located, but it would randomly feature groups with the highest member count.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

Group Spotlight can be found in the Community drop-down menu by navigating to the Bungie Forums page and clicking on the Private Groups header. It does appear to be old and not updated anymore though.

I'm a college dropout.

It could be like the new Bungie Favorites.

So does this mean I can do the PM version of drunk dialing you when I'm lonely? Seriously though thanks, I already enjoy this group a lot so I'm planning on staying.

Oh god yes.
Er, I mean, yes sure. They certainly give an interesting look into a person ^.^;

While interesting, it's probably better reserved for ads and events bungie is hosting. A good group like Sapphire already knows how to advertise it's self, so taking out a ad is unnecessary.

I would prefer the community spotlight where the group is put on the front page and they got interviewed and picked out the community selections, and usually got a massive boost in popularity. The group spotlight was usually pretty random and seemed to pick based on numbers, not on how active the group really is.
