I'm placing you on the hitlist.

When will people be able to use their PSN accounts to sign up to Bungie.net like we can do with our XBL account?

Bungie haven't said anything yet. I've no idea. Probably.

I imagine that when the New New New New Hawtness arrives, the changes will allow Bungie to add PSN support to the site as well as WLID and Xbox LIVE linking.

Skynet won't allow this.

  • 02.09.2012 4:49 AM PDT

READ IT.

I won the Star. With this on Week 18.

When... Bungie says so.

It's either when this happens, or later down the road when Bungie's next game is released. No one really knows though.

Soon I guess, when Bungie releases their new IP.

So if New Hawtness(or any update for that matter) arrives, will we be signing in with our PS3 account or still use our Windows Live account? I'm a bit confuse.

I don't see how it would offer any value at this point.

I'd imagine that once the two networks are linked, you will be able to use one of the two sign-ins. It's likely that you will still use your WLID to log in, but you may find your PSN account is able to be linked to your profile for other uses such as email updates and tracking on the Playstation versions of whatever Bungie are up to.

you probably won't sign in through your windows live id anymore, but just your bungie profile. Then you can link your gamertag or psn account if you have one. This probably won't happen until their next game releases though.

But what happens to our accounts then.

There was a feather in the chicken. It wasn't even a white feather, it was a black feather.

Sometime soon, I'd imagine.

Кланяються мені!

I guess it is possible for it to be built in too the new hawtness. It is also possible that the service could be delayed as well. By that I mean the website supports it, but the link with Sony has yet to be established.

I suspect llamas are secretly wizards. I <3 poptarts n' milk. I like me. Grimick is defined as: a logical parodox, the act of funnaling a potato down your throat, and a deliciously flavored muffin (with pecons and blueberries). Norway is the Swedish word for 'moron'. My sister has cancer, so i get to use handicap parking and cut small children in line at Disneyland.

"Don't eat doughnuts on thin ice."

"The pancake, my friend, has officially been flipped."

I would figure when Bungie releases a game that supports PS3, that way PS3 users will have a draw to come on (community/stats/lame jokes).

lol

Its going to happen, but I don't want it to. I'm going to miss these days...

  • 02.09.2012 4:47 PM PDT

We miss you Logan.
Ask any question. I'll help with anything on site or off.

When they change the sign in feature, or something like that. I'm pretty sure we will have to wait for now. They haven't even released information about there new PS3 game yet.

My guess would be when they come out with their new game(s). They said that they will be multi-platform, so once they come out with a game (for the sake of this thread I'll speculate that you will be able to check and track stats) they will have it.
