I graduated from high school on June-11-2011. I'm 19 right now. I'm turning 20 in December. I like playing video games, and board games. I like reading Sci-Fi, and World War II novels, and what not.

There's a line between having poor grammar or typing skills or being lazy, and typing so poorly and having such bad grammar and being so lazy that it actually interferes with the point one is trying to make.
The latter is what happens here.
Sometimes, after reading some of the posts here, I think we should just scrap the entire public education system and start from scratch. Its obviously failed an entire generation of kids.
What scares me is. That generation of kids are going to be running the country someday.
*shivers*
Yeah, I really dread the "Prezudent uv da USA's" State of the Union address when I'm like 80.
I know I'm old, but I really blame rap music for our declining intellectual standards. Being smart has really never been that desirable in main stream society, but now it seems like kids are in some kind of contest to see who the biggest idiot is. And they're all winning.
I'm 19, and I agree with this. Also the education system is also doing it to. I don't know about all the schools, but the High School I went to. For Math instead of them teaching you how to work out the problems. They give you a calculator. OK they did teach you how to work them out. But they teach you how to do it on a calculator. Instead of using your head.
You can have horrible handwriting. Instead of the teacher handing back the paper, and rewriting it. They except it. I know most people have bad hand writing. But there's still no excuses for it.
Also one of the members on this site. Thinks gym is the most important subject for High School.
