it can be but it was random when it happened to me over the years...they had to break all my ribs and put a bar in my chest to push it out the way it is soposed to be, they said it is soposed to be the most painful surgury you can have...but the only real painful parts was when i first woke up, when they toke the three drain tubes out 5 days later, and when the cathider came out(i think you know why). but overall i think it wasn't that bad.im stuck out of school for like 2 months now :(
