Stop being such a Jim.

Why don't you shut up?

Which of the core Halos had the best soundtrack overall? They each had their gems, but which came out on top, superior to the others? I especially liked Halo 3's, it gave a good sense of this being the end of the world, and brought overtones of CE back into it.

BTW when I say core Halos I mean 1, 2, and 3

If I put pancake mix in my X-Box 360 Disc drive will it make pancakes?

Not sure. I can't remember what Siege of Madrigal was on. Wasn't it on 1 and 3?

By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.

Halo 2, hands down.

"I heard you guys taste.....just like chicken!" - Halo 2 marine.

Halo 2's soundtrack is the best followed closely by Halo:CE's soundtrack.

I'm sorry what on earth is a core Halo game?

The best music for any Halo game, hell any video game ever is ODST. End of discussion.

This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.
/slow clap for respect

:)
The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Either ODST or Halo 2.

Vengeance only leads to an ongoing cycle of hatred.

They're all unique and special in their own way. The only soundtrack that lacked was Reach's. I'd have to go with ODST or Halo 2.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Frankly, the Myth soundtrack kicks ass.

It was on the Halo: CE soundtrack too, on the end of the "Halo" track after a brief pause.

OT: I like Halo: CE and ODSTs soundtrack the most. There is nothing wrong with 2, 3 or Reach's soundtracks, just I think CE and ODST fit their own themes best.

As an Easter egg, Marty has had Siege of Madrigal in every Halo game, it is from Myth.
