All I know is that Bungie wanted to put in the Juggernaut Flood but decided not to in the end. Nothing much else I can tell you. (I have seen it also, and it's sweet Chief killer with the AI in it).

I have a modded xbox. I looked in bipeds (characters) in the level High Charity and saw one called flood_juggernaut. I replaced brutes with them and they appeared. They are HUGE@$$ things, like 3 chiefs stacked on eachother. And they do 300 damage (about the same as a rocket hitting u in the face) so they would kill you very fast/instantly. They also run like 2 times faster than you do. Last but not least, they have a VERY HIGH resistance to weapons. It took 4 rockets, or 5 or 6 sword lunges to kill one. Maybe they will be in Halo 3 as a sort of boss flood or something. Similar to the heretic leader fight/tartarus, but in a Flood Hive that you must destroy in a SP mission. Oh, and the AI does work, for me that is. If I could take a screenie for proof and show you I would but I am blank on how to do that.

P.S. They had feet that looked like Hunter ones, but they cannot be Hunters, as Hunters, being collections of wormlike organisms, cannot be infected and "floodified" as Elites or humans can. Probably due to the fact they have no central nervous system...and other elements which the Flood needs. Maybe the Jugg is an infected Drinol? (Drinol also a race that exists but only as concept art.) This might be true actually, as I am quite sure I have read somewhere about Drinol, they are very tough, and very large. Visit www.theark.thinggames.net/story.php. Find a chapter called "Drinol Chapter" and read it.
