No point anymore.

I was a finalist :P

I think this was an intelligent rouse to get people to see the OP's signature. Well played, and I love the name of the truck company.

You don't "think"? Have you even researched this topic to actually support this reasoning. I myself almost always read a person's signature when visiting their profile. The signature feature is almost like a trademark to tell about a person.

Think of it like this: When asking for a famous character in the public eye for any autograph, they are suppose to sign their name, right? Well the signature feature is almost the same thing.

Just because you do not read them, that does not mean that everyone else does not.

If this is true, it worked.

Eh, I guess. It makes sence to read it when visiting a profile.

People like, use and read signatures; but that's not it. If you want to remove it, there should be some reason to. We already have them, so why take them away?

It's just that I thaught that nobody reads them is all, I talk to a lot of people on Bnet and they all say that they think they are useless.

Even if they are rarely read, they are still read sometimes, and it is nice to have a place to write (almost) whatever you want.

If this account that you are currently posting on is not indeed an alternate account, then your intel about Bungie.net must be very small, if that makes any sense?

First of all, define "a lot"?

Well just my friends from Bungie.net. Also this is not an ALT. I'm using this one because my old account had a terrible username.

EDIT: Spelling error.

Кланяються мені!

Absolutely not. I use the box all the time. And those of us who use the GM scripts see them automatically for everybody. Its a good place to put information if you so desire.

"I may not be perfect, but always been true."

I don't really care if they take them away or let them stay, I would care more if the layout was like other forums were the signatures are set to be seen at the bottom of your posts as opposed to the current system.

Well just my friends from Bungie.net.

So just your friends on Bungie.net? Unless you have thousands of friends on here, then that is not enough to classify as "a lot." And that is certainly not enough to even consider removing the signature box feature.

Well, if that is the case, signatures are entirely useful, even if they aren't read. They can be used as an archive of threads the user created and enjoyed viewing, simple sayings which a user enjoys reading as they venture toward a private group, or when they attempt to access their statistics.

Well, I hear that 100,000 people out of 100,007 people like signatures. Yeah, it's science.

And you know that over 100 people is the true accuracy of people that you have talked to about this topic? Even if, with the tens of thousands of users who visit here, "over 100" would still not even be enough to consider removing this feature.

And also, as you said in the OP, you said that it seems as if nobody reads the signatures, everyone who has participated in this thread (excluding yourself) has disagreed with you.

I realize that, and I now think that my mind has became close to changed. I also kinda relied on the people who I talked to giving me the assumption that all members steriotypicly thaught like that.

EDIT: Sorry for double post.
