Yeah, as many of you have probably read the books, and studied the story from h1 too h2. The rest of us have relied on scraps of info on what bungie has next install. Personally I see the story going like this "The MC arrives at earth and the entire population (minus a few marines, obliviously) destroyed. Now just like the books, the Covie are looking for something just like in the "Fall of Reach", buried beneath the surface. That something "I believe" will be the link between humans and the covient. As -blam!- of a character 343 Guilty Spark is, he is the link to the story, as I believe Bungie will play it out. Apparently all life in the Galaxy existed before. The Forerunners, were apparently part of the relationship that existed between all races. Like in Halo 1 "The last time you asked me, if it we're my choice? "343 Guilty Spark" Clearly Bungie is implying that there is some connection between human and forerunner, and hopefully between human and covie. Hopefully there will be some connection\ to the story, especially for those of us living on the story alone. I think the story will end with something in the area of all life in the Galaxy being related. Human and convenient being all in the same. And the happy ending being that the victorious side (Elite\Hunter\Grunt), of the convenient siding with Human and stoping the profits from living the great Jonerney. Obviously the Place on earth, that the covenant un-earthed is the arc, and the point will be to stop the profits from remote activating the other halo's and rescuing Cortana. But is that all Halo'3 will live up too?

Why does everyone forget the Arbiter?

MC is said to die in this installment. The Arbiter's story (if any of you are bothered to turn away from the ark for reading this) will be helping take that brute cruiser the spec-ops attacked, then likely go to high-charity and confront the flood.

Wakka Wakka Wump!
No I freaking told you to cut the hose off, if i told to pull it off then i would have said pull it off. Now you broke the AC you dumb ass.
Me to my mother.

i know this is off topic SEVERLY so flame me all u want but what if the foreunners designed the halos to kill the flood outright without killing anything else.but there may be several backfires they had already found.
#1kill all life including flood
#2kill them but the flood survive

because these backfires were recognised by the forerunners they designed 343 guilty spark and the other glowing mongruls to tell anyone who finds halo that its a dud. 343 went a bit paranoid."im a genius" would make everybody think hes paranoid. but why didnt the floodn starve? the little ones went into a deepsleep, hiding in what ever crevase they could find. but when covie went into the swamp facility they woke up the flood blobs and they attacked.
