I'm just going to hazard some guesses here. "Webtrends Live" and "TargetNet" are just tracking cookies being detected in your browser cache. You could delete them. They're an invasion of privacy (spyware) but otherwise not risky.

Judging by that initialization error I'd say either the hard disk sectors that your page file (virtual memory) are bad or your memory is. I'm only guessing, but bad memory (virtual or physical) can cause the strangest problems.
