A lot of these questions were asked in previous Sacks, which breaks my heart.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Are there any hot-spots in the vicinity of the office you visit a lot (Starbucks, local restaurant, other hangout places)?

Tin shacks and catfish bones.

I've asked the silly putty question in three sacks. You have evaded the putty long enough.

Got a question, comment, or concern? PM me.

I am going to ask another question because my other one might not get answered. (I could have put that statement in question format, but I felt like that might be too many questions for you to handle.)

Anyways, does anyone play League of Legends? My friend's list isn't large enough to suit my needs yet and I would like more employees to haras- Play games with.

For each breath that you take, how many of the air molecules would also been breathed by the patron saint of Physics, Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727)during his life time, the atmosphere is about 8 km high, and the molecules in the air each occupy a space representing a little cubic box about 3.33*10^-9 m along a side, the earths radius is 6..38*10^6. make any reasonable assumptions for any data needed.

Beer or the hard stuff? What does the average Bungie employee order when they first sit down at the bar?

There were two students who would be having a final examination the following day. These two boys are consistent top students of the class, and being so, instead of studying and preparing for the exam, that very night, they went out with their friends and partied the whole night. The next morning, both of them woke up late so they rushed up to the bathroom, dressed up as quickly as they can and went to school. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived, the exam was over and so they pleaded for a special examination. The teacher said, if they could give her good reason for their coming late for the exam, she might as well consider giving them a special exam. And so, one of the boys said, it was because the vehicle they were in had a flat tire adn so they had to stop over so the driver could fix it. The other boy agreed to what his friend had said with matching pitiful look on his face. And so, the teacher decided to give them the exam, provided that they would take it in separate rooms. The teacher also said, she's going to give them just one question, if they answer it correctly, they would get an A, otherwise, they would fail. The two were so relieved, anyway they didn't have to study for the exam because they thought it would just be a piece of cake for them and there's no big deal if they had to take it in separate rooms, anyway, both of them are smart. So they were now ready to answer their exam, the one-question exam. They both failed.

What was the question?

  • 02.13.2012 2:17 PM PDT

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

-edit'd-

Forgot that this was a question thread directed at DeeJ and not for me to randomly answer. lol

What does the universe look like beyond the limits to our visible universe? To answer this question, we would have to be able to 'see' to distances farther than light has been able to travel since the Big Bang. Big Bang theory and general relativity say that their is a lot more space beyond the 15 billion light years horizon limit, but we will never be able to see if the same kinds of galaxies as those around us exist 'out there'.

What were the conditions in the universe like at a time less than one second after the Big Bang?. Right now, we can use the COBE and WMAP data to examine how lumpy the universe was at about 300,000 years after the Big Bang, but we will not be able to directly explore what the universe was like earlier than about one second until we can use neutrinos, and they are very hard to detect in large enough numbers to form an 'image'.
