Laughing At Nothing

We're all speculating a lot about Bungie's upcoming game, and I imagine that they will probably implement Bungie Pro in some way, shape, or form as a service for "Destiny" (as we're calling it right now). However it's yet to be seen if we are going to see filesharing the likes of Halo 3, ODST and Reach. The Bungie Pro Video service and Bungie Fileshare's clip, gametype, and map sharing "market" is currently the use of this network. These two services are much about the interconnectability of the Bungie community. Since we are likely going to have a different game and different gameplay mechanics, I thought this leaves an interesting question unanswered: "were these services just intended for Halo, or are we going to see its use similarly in the next game"?

Depending on what type of game this will be, it might be debatable if we'll be using Bungie Fileshares like we are now for gametype/screenshot/clip sharing. If we do get this back: screenshots are probably the most likely to return, while gametypes obviously depend upon an online portion of the game. I imagine that an online portion, or an expansive campaign, would probably also entail video sharing as well.

Anyway, just looking for your speculative input because you guys are good at that.

"At the end of this day one shall stand, one shall fall"

So, Death or Bungie?

It really depends on the game.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

We just have to wait and see.
