Subject: B.net Moderators on other sites?

Battle is the most magnificent competition in which a human being can indulge. It brings out all that is best; it removes all that is base. All men are afraid in battle. The coward is the one who lets his fear overcome his sense of duty. Duty is the essence of manhood.
-George S. Patton

Have you guys seen any of the Moderators on other forum websites? Or met them on Xbox live? Anything outside of B.net.

I have not, they are Ninjas. You cannot see them unless they want to be seen.

All was shattered, and all but memory lost, and one memory above all others, of him who brought the Shadow and the Breaking of the World. And him they named Dragon.

I think I played a game of Halo 3 with Butane123.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

Nope, never. They don't leave Bungie.net, you see. They aren't allowed to go on Xbox LIVE, or even other websites. It's tragic...

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

I myself haven't met or even seen any Forum Ninja outside of Bungie.net.

  • 02.14.2012 10:14 AM PDT

How? I thought the Computers that Ninjas are chained to only displayed Bungie.net?

But really, I haven't, unless Destinypedia counts.

A tosser is the same as a wanker. To toss oneself off is to fondle the trouser weasel.

I once came across a pack, moderators are pack creatures, of moderators on Halo 3. I don't remember who was playing, I think I saw Recon, and Achilles was definitely there; I remember him because he was being obnoxious and I muted him.

Haha, yeah... That username draws women (and men) like a magnet.

Was I spinning in circles while shooting the floor and cussing that "I suck at this game"? If so, that was me.

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

Yes.

I once had the misfortune of finding Qbix on facebook after he left a comment right after mine on something Bungie posted. Awkward.

  • 02.14.2012 11:09 AM PDT

I have played with a few on Xbox Live. I think I have seen a few over at halo.xbox.com too.

What the... Did you just delete your own post? I swear you had one above mine saying "was it "first?"" or something like that.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I saw Foman on 343i. The mods there recognized him and trolled his thread. LOL

For Carnage, Apply Within.

I have returned from the Untamed Lands. MOAP is dead.

I once saw Shishka post on an all female group board.

Bye.

Qbix was a moderator on Fyreball, when it was still up. Seems he has quite the moderator CV.
