It's been since the beginning of February that I had 3 videos of mine rendered because I wanted to upload them to youtube. I rendered them in HD for best quality but seems to lack the quality of the service. Since I contacted customer support and all you get is a automated response. I am here talking to the forum once again.

What do you have to do to get your videos rendered properly? I mean since I have paid for them I would have thought a little extra service would be necessary?

Does it look better than the 360p version?

Much better. Sound quality is improved too. It means when you download for yourself, you can watch it on a HD laptop fullscreen. Bonuses include the 360P version being rendered when you pay for the HD one.

But as my topic suggests, they have glitches in them and it's hardly the Youtube quality I'm looking for.

It seems like it's youtube what is making the quality not as good, I just downloaded both 360p and 720p quality of your anniversary FFA on beaver creek and the 720p is how it's supposed to be but if it's not that quality on youtube it's something with youtube and not Bungies issue.

edit: I was just looking for the quality and not the sound as killer whale said below.

Your opinion is invalid.

The audio is always wrong on my rendered videos. Sounds happen at different times then when they happen on screen.

It's not the quality of the video mate. It's the video skipping in between parts. During my snipers pro video you don't even see my first strike kill.

The glitches in the Elite slayer are at 0:40 and the second is at 4:35.

And when I meant Youtube quality, I meant it's not the standard I want when I am uploading videos to my channel. The videos on my xbox are perfect. So these should be the same.

Buy a capture card and do it yourself then, if it works on your xbox.

It does the same thing your xbox does, re-creates your game in-engine from recorded data. It looks like the rendering system locked up briefly while recording your game. I've seen the same thing happen while watching my films when my gpu locked up for a second, and had to watch it over.

No one said it was a perfect system, it's just for ease of people who normally would either have nothing, or at best a shaky-cam. Since they're stopping support for the whole system soon, I don't think you should expect them to re-do your film for you unless they see this and give a crap.

If the film isn't worth enough to you to put up with one or two minor flaws, then don't put it up.

Seriously.
It's been over 2 weeks and my videos have not been re-rendered. As a paying customer (even though the many hundreds of £'s towards your whole entire franchise) I feel a little neglected that you haven't lived up to your side of the deal.
