Subject: Moderator Bias

Do the mods have bias towards certain topics?

It's not about the topics, it's about titles.

Didn't you see this thread?

I still don't quite understand.

If you have a personal gripe with a moderating decision, maybe PM an online mod about it.

It was harboring a flame war, and that is a very odd topic that people utilize for certain reactions.Posted by: The Skirt Smith

Key

Threads about MLP that are just asking why people hate bronies are not like regular MLP threads. They're obvious flamebait so that you can point at non-bronies who hate you and use them as an example and cite as an instance where people have flamed poor little bronies who haven't done anything wrong.

Stay in the group if you don't want your stuff locked. You have no reason to complain.

Yeah I'm just messing with you...

Sometimes they're preventative in nature... rather than reactionary.

I am not complaining, I am simply asking if moderators have a personal bias against some topics.

Ehh, I don't think so to be honest. It's obviously a controversial topic in The Flood at the moment for one reason or another but whenever someone makes a "LOCK ALL MLP THREADS" thread here in the Septagon the Mods always respond adamantly that it's an off topic topic just like all other off topic topics and has the right to coexist with all the other threads of The Flood.

I agree with them, (while I don't understand the fad).

In summation: mods seem to be fairly tolerant, actually.

What? Got something against Yetis?

Brony threads invoke trolling and rage. Plus the actual bronies post in the group, 'cause they know they'll get raged at if they don't.
