Here's what you need to do.
Get a job.
Get money.
Get a different game/machine.
Might I suggest building up about 2k and buildng yourself a semi-bleeding edge PC, the extra $500 will go towards filling that machine with games to play.
And I'm being completely serious. People need to drop this Box like the turd it is, and force MS's hand to get something better on the market that allows more freedom to the end user.
Instead of charging $60 a year just to make you pay $60 per game, and that game is pretty much a lesser version of it's actual self.
Skrim + Modding = non-existant for X-Box users
And I want you to pay special close attention to this part...
Most PC titles have on average released $10 cheaper than their X-Box clones. And they drop in price faster too.
Compare how long MS keeps the price of their titles at the premium price compared to PC titles.
MS is bleeding you with their supply/demand bs. So long as you idiots keep forking out the premium price, they'll continue to keep releasing at that price.
Just because it's an 'interactive' experience, they charge you double the price of a DVD/Blu-ray movie.
I've gotten more entertainment/replay value out of $25 movies than I have out of a good majority of $60 X-Box games.
..
Oh BTW, this thread is now an X-Box bashing thread. Go!
lol want to get off your high horse? Lots of people have houses, utilities, children, cars, insurance, retirement packages, Internet/cable/phone, cell phones, credit cards, loans, gas, food, and other things to pay for. Why in God's name would somebody blow $2,000 on a gaming platform which will be obsolete in a month? Especially for one which has less users, and less good, known games on it?
Gaming consoles make games completely accessible to the common person, makes them easier to use, and still gives the fun multiplayer/dlc which has come to be expected in games.
Yes, if people are game DIEHARDS then a PC is better, but most people aren't, and most don't have the money to BLOW on a computer when it could go towards another year of Live, a couple more games, some takeout, and a vacation if they really happen to have an extra 2k despite a mountain of bills.
So, again, get off your high horse and accept that consoles are perfectly fine gaming platforms.
