I've been a fan of Halo since the first one for xbox came out and had no problem with the aiming in both games. In fact, I thought myself as an above average player (whatever that may be) in Halo 2's multiplayer, but when I got my 360 and popped in my Halo 2 I got an unpleasant surprise. The aiming with the 360 controller was way different than the Controller S. At first I thought I just needed to get used to it, but now it's been over 5 months that I've played halo 2 on the 360 and I suck the big one:{

My problem seems to be the sensitivaty of the 360 controller; I'm always overaiming my opponent no matter how softly I move the analog stick. I've tried lowering the sensitivity in the controller settings menu but nothing worked for me so I just leave it on 10 like I did when I had my regular xbox.

I also noticed that the reticle isn't centered on my TV. I have a widescreen and my 360 is set to widescreen so I have no doubt there's something wrong with my settings.

My request to Bungie is that you guys fix whatever is wrong with the 360/Halo 2 and make sure Halo 3 doesn't have this conflict with the 360.

Thanks for reading and feel free to post any comments

Suggestion: Put on Halo 3 Ideas thread. You will be heard there, not here.

And isn't 10 the MAX setting on sensitivity...?

Yo man the 360 lags the games, that may be your problem.

Why would you turn the sensitivity all they way up in order to decrease it?

And to the other poster: WTF? Lags it? No. Just no, it makes it just as fast.

I'm in the US Air Force stationed in Alaska. I've been chillin on bnet for nearly 5 years now.

I adjusted to the Xbox 360 controls fine. In fact, the bumper buttons make chatting and switching gernade types something easy to do, and you don't have to stop jumping, switching weapons, reloading, aiming, bashin, in order to talk.
