Good day community, I wish to speak to you all about a possible feature which could be in BUNGiE's next game and could be in the next new hawtness as well:

You could log into b.net from in game and have loadouts of various tactics, manuvers, easter eggs, ability to voice chat with other users in the loadout as well as in regular game play. By logging into b.net you could also set the texture of the game to retro gaming style, or a marathon esque style to a myth style and back to regular game style(similar to how Halo CEA switches between retro and new style). I know the last part would be especially difficult in programming and implementing, but think of the possibilities by just thinking about the possible features of BUNGiE's newest game.

What say you?

EDIT: loadouts are different "pages" in a game, like the Halo: Reach matchmaking loadout to choose what types of games you want to play.

I'm sorry, you lost me at the word "loadouts." What exactly do you mean by that?

So basically having Bungie.net functionality in Destiny (or whatever it ends up being called)?

I suppose that would be cool.

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

I'm a bit confused as to what you're trying to specifically say, but I'm assuming you overall want Bungie.net to be accessible through Bungie's new game? If so, I like the idea, but I myself probably wouldn't use the feature since I have a computer as well as a mobile app/website to access Bungie.net from.

There was a feather in the chicken. It wasn't even a white feather, it was a black feather.

90% of that idea is just crap.

However, the other 10% I like. I think being able to access some form of B.net from in-game would be cool. Maybe the stats page to keep track of your in-game progress, or a list of B.net users playing the game that you could join.

I acknowledge my user name is stupid. However, I promise I'm not.

Disclaimer: The latter is a lie.

I don't understand what you mean, OP.

What I mean is have various loadouts accessible from b.net to use in game like a targeting screen for surface to air(or space) weapons and other similar screens. Also to have screens, like the Marathon terminals, which could reveal a deeper backstory in the new universe...Possibilities abound and what Joseph Staten said in O' Brave New World: "At some point the universe will be more of the fans than us..." By golly I want something similar to what I am talking about.

Yes, I AM just that awesome.

I'd love to post while I'm kicking ass in Destiny.

I suspect llamas are secretly wizards. I <3 poptarts n' milk. I like me. Grimick is defined as: a logical parodox, the act of funnaling a potato down your throat, and a deliciously flavored muffin (with pecons and blueberries). Norway is the Swedish word for 'moron'. My sister has cancer, so i get to use handicap parking and cut small children in line at Disneyland.

"Don't eat doughnuts on thin ice."

"The pancake, my friend, has officially been flipped."

Voice chat through bungie.net sounds cool, but I honestly think that 1 I wouldn't use it that much for 2 how much work it would be for the web team , if it even was possible.
